Their inbox— what the customer sees

DemoNothing here is real — fictional business, fictional numbers — and it resets whenever you like.

Invoicing & Reminders · $1,100

Invoices that nudge on their own.

The invoice goes the day the job is done. Move the clock to day fourteen and a reminder goes; to day thirty and it firms up. Nobody in your business has to be the one who chases.

Nowthe day of the job
Meridian Fabrication — accounts@

Invoice #2418 for the counter and shelving — $2,380.00, due in 30 days. Details attached.

Nothing since. The clock is doing the remembering.

What is actually running
What is on the invoice
Invoice number, your GST/HST number, the work, the terms and the due date — the fields the CRA expects on a claimable invoice, filled in from the job.
Delivery
Email with the PDF, and a text with the link. Two channels, because one of them always lands in a junk folder.
Getting paid
An Interac e-Transfer request, or a link into the processor you already use. We do not touch the money and we do not add a percentage to it.
No pay button here
Nothing in this showroom can take a payment, by rule. The customer’s screen shows where the link would sit and says so.
The chasing
Day 14 a reminder, day 30 a firmer one, then it stops and puts the account in front of you. The aging board is 0/30/60 — the same buckets your accountant uses.

How long is your oldest one?

Most owners can name the amount and not the age, and it is the age that decides whether it gets paid.
