The day that reshuffles itself.
Five jobs, booked. At twenty to eleven an emergency calls. Move the clock past it and watch the day lay itself out again — by urgency and by the drive between stops — and watch who gets told.

A normal day. Drop the clock past twenty to eleven.
What is actually running
- Travel time
- Drive time from a routing service, not distance on a map. Fourteen kilometres at eight in the morning is not fourteen kilometres at two.
- What it will not do
- Move a job that has already started. The day re-plans from now forward; nothing under way gets shuffled.
- Who can take it
- Skill, and the parts on that van. A job nobody on shift can finish is not a slot, it is a callback.
- The bumped customer
- Told before they notice, by name, with the new window — the one thing that decides whether a moved appointment costs you the customer.
- The approval gate
- Dispatch proposes. On the plans where it matters, a person confirms before anybody is texted.
Who tells them today?
In most businesses it is whoever remembers, at whatever hour they remember. That is the job this takes off the desk.
